Fantastic Plastic Models' third release is the NASA Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) in 1:72. Based on Northrop-Grumman's Apollo-like 2005 proposal configuration for the manned spacecraft that will replace the Space Shuttle after 2010, this all-resin kit comes with 17 pressure-cast pieces, plus an extensive decal sheet. The model was mastered by Scott Lowther and cast by Controlled Energy Designs.

The kit is now available for $56. An additional display stand is also available for $7. Domestic shipping is $6; it's $10 for international orders.
